Classes, personal training and special events at Strong Bodies are available on a day and evening schedule, including Saturdays, to accommodate your busy life.

Fall/Winter schedule begins Tuesday, September 6.
*All Classes are in the studio at Sparhawk Mill, 81 Bridge Street, Yarmouth, ME
*All Classes are one hour, except Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30-6:15 am classes.
NEW 5:30 am BOOT CAMP CLASS with Instructor Jen Rohde!
The Class will be held on M, W, F from 5:30-6:15 am.
Fee is $10/class.
