Classes, personal training and special events at Strong Bodies are available on a day and evening schedule, including Saturdays, to accommodate your busy life.

New Class for Fall
STRENGTH FOR RUNNERS CLASS – It’s BACK!!
This 45-minute class is designed specifically for the unique needs of runners. We will focus on strength, core, stability, mobility and flexibility with the goal of helping prevent injuries, improve your running form, efficiency and enjoyment of running. This class is for all levels (even those just starting out!) and will involve the use of free weights, TRX, body weight, bands, Bosu and stability ball.
Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:15 am at Strong Bodies LLC, 81 Bridge Street, Yarmouth, ME for 7 weeks/14 sessions, starting October 19 and concluding December 9. (Class will not be held Thanksgiving week.)
Cost will be $15 per class (total of $210) to be paid in advance.
