Schedule

Classes, personal training and special events at Strong Bodies are available on a day and evening schedule, including Saturdays, to accommodate your busy life.

Here is the current Schedule. 
*All Classes are one hour, except Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30-6:15 am classes

THE LAST CLASS at SPARHAWK MILL WILL BE THIS FRIDAY, MAY 26th.

STRONG BODIES WILL BEGIN CLASSES IN THE NEW SPACE AT 41 RAILROAD SQUARE, YARMOUTH on TUESDAY, MAY 30th. THE CLASS SCHEDULE REMAINS THE SAME!
