Classes, personal training and special events at Strong Bodies are available on a day and evening schedule, including Saturdays, to accommodate your busy life.

Please sign up in advance for this class at toritnorton@gmail.com. Class will be $10 and you may use your Strong Bodies prepaid pass for this class.
