Schedule

Here is the Fall/Winter Schedule. 
It begins on Tuesday, September 5th.

There is NO SATURDAY 7:30 am BOOT CAMP on Saturday, September 2.

Strong Bodies LLC and Crossfit Yarmouth will hold a combined GRAND OPENING WORKOUT on Monday, September 4 (Labor Day) from 8:30-9:30 am at the studio, located at 41 Railroad Square, Yarmouth. Coffee and refreshments to follow. This will be a fun workout and suitable for all fitness levels!! Please join us and help celebrate our new space!
