Classes, personal training and special events at Strong Bodies are available on a day and evening schedule, including Saturdays, to accommodate your busy life.
Please note that the schedule changes seasonally.
p.s. We’ll let you know when Marlena is back with her Zumba class! And don’t forget, you can always call us to set up a personal training session or to do special events (e.g. family/holiday workout sessions, Zumba parties, extra Yoga!).
