Training

Our staff is committed to delivering the latest in training philosophies and techniques geared toward enhancing your functional movement, whether you’re a tri-athlete or a casual exerciser.   We offer a variety of group classes designed to help you meet your personal fitness goals, challenge your fitness level, and prepare you for the game of life.  Classes include boot-camp style circuit trainingstudent-athlete conditioning, power pump, senior strength and yoga.

In addition, we offer individual training sessions for those seeking a more personalized approach to their exercise programs.
